If you would like to buy a TOHCO product but we don't currently ship to your country, please get in contact as we would be glad to help you.
If you have purchased or received a product directly from TOHCO and would like to return it, a refund can be issued within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. All of our products that are dispatched are thoroughly checked for any QC issues, to ensure that you receive products in top condition.
To initiate a return, please e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you on the next steps. Ensure that you have you details and proof of purchase such as your Order Number to hand when contacting TOHCO’s Head Office.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to offer an exchange service, but if you would like an alternative item, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund (as per our policy above) and place a new order for the item(s) which you would like. Remember to contact us first before sending anything back.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a quality issue has occurred. TOHCO will cover the delivery costs for the return of an item presenting a quality issue. For any returns please reach out to us at email@example.com along with your contact details, order number and details and any photo’s that may be required. We will advise you on the next steps to take upon email.
When posting back an unwanted TOHCO item, we highly recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. Please ensure that you include your returns document in your parcel and order number. Always keep details of items you are returning, together with any proof of return documents until you have received your refund, in case of the unlikely event of returned goods being lost in transit.
Once your return has been received with us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will only refund the price of the item back to you onto the payment card/method used to place the order once it has been received by us. We will not refund you the original postage charge back to you. Change of mind items will only be refund the cost of the goods, and NOT the delivery postage that was paid to send the original item to you. Please allow up to 14 working days for items to reach us and for the refund to show on your payment card/method.
